Okay... What happened to DA?

I get ready to upload a new image to my gallery and all of a sudden I'm hit with a new licensing agreement which 1) states that I retain all rights to my artwork, then turns around and 2) states that I have no rights to my artwork and sign it all over to DA to do with what they will.

I'll miss uploading here, but ... hey, not really my problem.

*takes her picture and uploads it to Poser Pros, instead*

Well, I've gone ahead and cleaned out all of my Gallery and Scraps images. I'd rather display them on my own site, or one of the other 3D communities than here. :(

Their new, improved terms of service for uploads wasn't what I had agreed to when I first came here, and rather than regret it later after it's too late, I felt that it was best to just do like I've had to do with so many other communities and go my own way.

I'm sorry if the two or three people whom had my images down as Favorites have dead links now. Hopefully DA will fix that in the software to remove them when items are deleted.
